I immigrated from Russia in 2002. I was always passionate about design therefore I attended CUNY NYC College of Technology to study architecture in 2004-2007. I worked as an architectural and interior designer in various firms gaining experience in designing high end residential and commercial projects of various sizes. In 2013 I decided to expand my experience towards construction management. I Worked at IBTS with NYC Housing Recovery Office on the “Build It Back” project from the very beginning till the very end working on various stages from setting up the NYC office to coordinating the design to construction support. Later I was hired by LiRo as a Regulatory Compliance Manager to direct the project closeout stage. When I finally finished with the project I came across a new opportunity and became the Director of Operations and Business Development at CJRM which is a firm that provides Consulting and Engineering Services for public and private sector capital construction projects.
