Sherri is an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a decade of experience in the field. She started her career in 2010 with a sales and marketing company before transitioning to the engineering field in 2016. Sherri quickly developed a reputation for being able to identify candidates who were not only technically skilled but are also a great fit for company culture. After entering the engineering field, she realized that something was missing. Despite working with amazing candidates, she couldn't shake the feeling that more efforts needed to be made to support and encourage diversity in engineering. Now, she is part of Gannett Fleming, a company that aims to increase diversity in the hiring process and create a more inclusive work environment.
