Sirobè Carstafhnur is a seasoned Project Manager who oversees the design process to advance large scale projects from design through construction. Offering 17 years of experience, Sirobè has led several readiness and response design teams both domestically and internationally including the Hurricane Katrina Redevelopment Design Committee, the Naval Base reuse of the Dubai Waterfront Phase 5,and the development of the design guidelines for all the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Research campuses spanning over 1000 acres.
