Sophie-Zacha was born and raised in France and moved to New York in 2010. She grew up in the construction world since her family owned a general construction development company for two generations. In 2022 she joined Lucida Surfaces, her role as a Vice President of Business Development is to create a strategic business development plan to increase A&D connection and more across the North American Market.In 2017 she started working for Havwoods International, a global flooring company. Her role at Havwoods as a Project Director was to create a strategic business development plan to increase showrooms traffic to secure quality sales leads for the sales team and propel Havwoods across the North American market. She developed and maintained strong and positive relationships with the top A&D and developers, as well as various contractors in the US. Her past experiences helped her to appreciate the power of understanding the world of business. The power of communication and the exchange of ideas through all the different departments: Marketing, Finance, and others. Sophie-Zacha positive attitude, organization and communication skills are the keys to her success.
