Vanessa Rodriguez Singh, PE is the Founder and Owner of Archrestore, a building façade restoration contractor. She is also a licensed Professional Engineer in New York and New Jersey. Mrs. Singh’s roots are in special inspection of facade systems, evaluation and repair of historic building enclosures, façade testing, and structural retrofit design. Her expertise in the repair and rehabilitation of historic buildings with respect to the historical fabric and material integrity, and her love of working in the field with various cladding and waterproofing materials inspired her to become a Contractor and continue the work of preserving our historic architecture.
