PARALX is an international architecture practice with offices in Los Angeles, Jeddah and Beirut. Working with clients who value design, our philosophy for large-scale urban projects revolves around three main strategies: analytics, innovation and communication. In Beirut, PARALX recently completed the renovation of a 19th century church located in-between two new office buildings as part of Beirut’s new Digital District and DL Project, individual residential and commercial buildings located on the eastern edge of the city. PARALX’s largest project underway, Jeddah Rose, is a 355,000 square foot hospitality-driven building located on a prime site between Jeddah’s historic city and the New Downtown. PARALX has received awards from the American Institute of Architects, MIPIM, Cityscape and Middle East Architect, among others.
