Kenya Darling-Adepoju, Consultant, Architect - WSPA USA
A native of Brooklyn, NY and a first generation Jamaican- American. Her passion for architecture stems from her passion to problem solve. Kenya graduated from Hampton University with a Master of Architecture, First Professional Degree (M.ARCH) in 2017. Immediately after graduating she began her professional career at WSP USA in the Transportation Facilities Group. Since the launch of her professional career, Kenya has developed into an Architectural Lead and Deputy Project Manager involved in projects with major cities and agencies. She is fueled by the belief that architecture that is well executed holds the power to positively change people's lives. With that premise, She hopes to utilize the scientific art as a means to design solutions that heal the rift between cultural and societal needs. Among all of her professional endeavors, her greatest achievement is her twin daughter and son, Elisabeth and Elijah.
