THE DUMPSTER GUARD, Controls the placement and movement of a buildings trash container within its enclosure, preventing the inevitable damage caused by the carelessness of the drivers that service them.  It is also used to control the movement  of containers in a parking lot, when a designated placement for a container is necessary for use by tenants.  

Most recently,  THE DUMPSTER GUARD was widely deployed throughout upper Manhattan by the New York City Department of Sanitation, for a very successful  pilot program that is aiding in the cities efforts to keep its streets clean.
