Invoices & Payments

We have noticed an increase in email scam artists posing as members of Oliver Kinross Ltd. and the events that we organise.  Please be extra vigilant if you ever receive an email supposedly coming from ourselves as we are aware of domain names being set up that are very similar to the ones we use.

In particular, please take extra care if you ever receive an email asking for payment to be made to a new bank account, or to an account which is different to one you have already used when making payment to us.

We will never change our bank details by sending you a revised invoice and asking you to make payment to it instead of the one sent to you previously. All our bank details remain the same without any alterations. 

We kindly ask you to report anything out of the ordinary to Oliver Kinross Ltd. If you do receive an email with any alteration to what you may have received originally, please verify this by calling the number on the main company website and selecting option 2 for finance. Alternatively, you can contact your usual account manager and arrange to speak to discuss any concerns.

Vendors, Suppliers & Data

Please note that no other organization outside of Oliver Kinross Ltd. has access to the list of attendees. Any third party who claims to have this list and is selling this to you is not to be trusted. We ask that you inform us right away if you are approached by anyone not listed within our list of approved suppliers so as to confirm their legitimacy.

OLIVER KINROSS AND NEW YORK BUILD, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, WILL SELL ANY ATTENDEE DATA - PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE DATA FROM ANY EMAILS THAT ARE POSING AS AN ORGANISER TRYING TO SELL YOU ATTENDEE LISTS OR ANY OTHER DATA.

The full list of approved suppliers can be found in the Exhibitor Manual on the left hand side (to be released in the coming weeks). Please do not order anything from different suppliers unless you can be certain that they are trusted (i.e. you have worked with them before).
