Renderings for The Alloy Block have been revealed. The multi-purpose two-tower building will be the city’s first electric tower and will be located at 80 and 100 Flatbush Avenue. The 44 story tall building will produce 440 apartments with 30,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor. Phase two is likely to be a residential, office and retail combined space. 

The tower will consist of five buildings with two iconic skyscrapers. The sustainable building will run off electricity and feature heat pump dryers and induction cooktops. The first phase of the construction will begin this month and due to finish in 2024.
