Designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and developed by Klövern AB and GDSNY, 28&7 is a 12-story office building at 322-326 Seveneth Avenue in Chelsea. The building will yield 105,000 square feet of commercial space and feature gloss black terracotta grid panels on the façade. The tower will be topped with a penthouse that comes with a private panoramic garden terrace. Triton Construction is the general contractor for the project and the developers are hoping to achieve LEED Gold and WELL certifications.
