The Reva and David Logan Center for the Arts will be a 184,000 square foot space and will house studios, classrooms and exhibition space for the visual arts. There will also be a theatre space and performance related teaching as well as computer and editing labs. The main floor will consist of a 450-seat auditorium, a 120 seat theater and a black box theater, as well as a 2,000 square foot exhibition space. The new building will aim for LEED Silver Certification with three green roofs visible to high-rise neighbors overlooking the facility.
