- What does each stage include?
Each stage will include chairs for all of the speakers, handheld microphones, a podium with a microphone, a large presentation screen, a laptop to operate slides and a dedicated AV technician.
- What technology will be used during the panel session?
If you're giving a presentation/workshop and are required to present slides, please send a copy of your slides by March 4th. You will also need to bring a spare copy on a USB. Full AV set up with mics, screen and technician will be there on the day.
- What happens if I'm late?
If you are running late on the day, contact the event team as soon as possible. The sessions will all start on the time that they've been scheduled, and if you arrive after the session has begun, a chair will be left to the side of the stage so you can join the panel with minimal disruption.
- Will I need to register my own ticket?
You will be emailed your badge confirmation ahead of of the event and you will be able to collect your badge at the Speaker Registration when you arrive at the show.
- Are there any networking opportunities for speakers?
All speakers are welcome to join all of the networking events over the two days. As a valued speaker at New York Build 2026, we would love for you to join us for our Networking Drinks (Main Bar, 5:30 PM onwards, March 18th). This is our way of saying thank you while giving you the opportunity to connect with other key industry professionals attending the show.
- Is water available at the venue?
Water refilling stations are available around the venue so please do bring your own bottle to refill! In order to reduce waste we will not be providing bottled water.
Conference sessions at New York Build are not recorded or live streamed. However, please note that photography will take place throughout the event and images may be used for marketing and promotional purposes.
