Andrew has over a decade of experience working in construction and development within one of the world’s most complicated urban jungles: New York City. He has devoted his career to addressing the challenges of densification, and prior to Assembly, Andrew was a Principal at L&L Holding Company and led the development of the Terminal Warehouse, a $2B USD office development in NYC. He also worked at Sidewalk Labs, an Google/Alphabet Company developing plans for the first “city from the internet up.” Prior to joining Sidewalk Labs, Andrew was at Forest City Ratner Companies, where he worked on many large-scale projects such as Barclays Center, Nassau Coliseum, and the tallest modular tower in North America. Andrew studied real estate, finance, and computer science at the University of Pennsylvania.
