Osama is the Regional Program Controls Director for the Americas in the Global Program Management group at AECOM. Throughout his 20-year career, Osama has managed projects and program lifecycles of complex multi-disciplinary initiatives from conception through completion in both traditional and agile environments. He previously served as the Senior Controls Lead for the LaGuardia Airport Redevelopment Program and also worked on the Second Avenue Subway expansion and the new Tappan Zee Bridge as well as major projects throughout the Middle East, including Libya and Qatar. Osama holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from Manhattan College.
